Co-founded by Darcella Louise Massey Goodman and Danny Earl Goodman (1955-2015)
In 1988, Darcella was working for a printing company as a proofreader and her husband, Danny, worked as a mental health technician at a hospital. With a growing family, they decided it was time to blend home and work and start their own cleaning company -- with nothing more than a small bucket of over-the-counter cleaning products, a few pieces of equipment and a small ad in the newspaper.
Their dedication and hard work expanded their client base and within a year they branched beyond residential services when Danny secured the first business customer. With his unfortunate passing in 2015, Darcella devoted even more energy to growing the company to the success it is today. It’s possible to transform a challenge into an opportunity.
She continued on with the business, and their dream, to start a janitorial training school for those who are looking to work for management jobs in the industry, manage crews, or start their own business. Darcella wants to help spread her knowledge and passion to others to help them see their dreams come to fruition.

Owner Darcella Goodman's leadership is an excellent example of how management and relationships in the community create success.
What started out as a bucket of over-the-counter cleaning products in 1989, and a few pieces of equipment was a humble beginning. From there, Darcella went on to receive national cleaning training and gained more customers to get their first commercial client at a small medical facility. Their "baby" was walking! The two went on to work for more government contracts and had a very lucrative federal construction site clean up. The dream Darcella and her husband had became a reality.
Due to her extensive knowledge of the cleaning profession, she possesses the talent and ability to develop relevant and cutting-edge instruction.
